Transmission Provider's Interconnection Facilities

Definition

All facilities and equipment owned, controlled, or operated by the Transmission Provider from the Point of Change of Ownership to the Point of Interconnection, including any modifications or upgrades, as identified in the LGIA. These are sole use facilities serving only the specific Generating Facility being interconnected, and do not include Distribution Upgrades, Stand Alone Network Upgrades, or Network Upgrades. The Interconnection Customer typically funds these facilities through the interconnection process.
