Affected System Interconnection Customer

Any entity that submits an interconnection request for a generating facility to a transmission system other than the Transmission Provider's Transmission System, whose proposed interconnection may cause the need for Affected System Network Upgrades on the Transmission Provider's Transmission System. Such customers participate in the Affected System Study process and may share cost responsibility for required upgrades to the Transmission Provider's system.
