Definition

Additions, modifications, and upgrades to the Transmission Provider's Transmission System required to accommodate an Affected System Interconnection Customer's proposed interconnection to a transmission system other than the Transmission Provider's. These upgrades are necessitated by power flows originating from an interconnection on a neighboring system rather than directly on the Transmission Provider's own system.
