Affected System Facilities Construction Agreement

The agreement contained in Appendix 11 to the LGIP, made between the Transmission Provider and an Affected System Interconnection Customer to facilitate the construction of and set forth cost responsibility for necessary Affected System Network Upgrades on the Transmission Provider's Transmission System. The agreement must be tendered within 30 Calendar Days of the Affected System Study Report, and the Affected System Interconnection Customer must execute or request unexecuted filing within 10 Business Days or lose its Affected System Queue Position.
