Definition

The report issued at the conclusion of a Transitional Serial Interconnection Facilities Study pursuant to Section 5.1.1.1 of the LGIP, providing detailed cost estimates, schedules, and facility descriptions for the Interconnection Facilities and Network Upgrades required for an eligible legacy-queue generator. Upon issuance and acceptance of this report, the Transmission Provider tenders a draft Standard Large Generator Interconnection Agreement to the Interconnection Customer, transitioning the project from the study phase to LGIA negotiation.
