Transitional Serial Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement
Definition
The agreement contained in Appendix 8 to the LGIP, executed between the Transmission Provider and an Interconnection Customer to conduct a Transitional Serial Interconnection Facilities Study pursuant to Section 5.1.1.1. Eligible customers are those that had already received an Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement under the prior serial queue process as of 30 Calendar Days after the LGIP filing date; they may proceed with an individual facilities study rather than being grouped into a Transitional Cluster Study.
