Definition
The report(s) issued following completion of a Transitional Cluster Study pursuant to Section 5.1.1.2 of the LGIP. The LGIP requires both an interim report (issued within 300 Calendar Days of the effective date) identifying short circuit, thermal, voltage, and stability issues, and a final report (issued within 360 Calendar Days) providing detailed costs and schedules for required facilities. Upon issuance of the final report, the Interconnection Customer proceeds to LGIA negotiation.
