Definition
The agreement contained in Appendix 7 to the LGIP, executed between the Transmission Provider and an Interconnection Customer to conduct a Transitional Cluster Study pursuant to Section 5.1.1.2. Eligible customers — those with a valid Queue Position as of 30 Calendar Days after the LGIP filing date who have not yet received an Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement — have 60 Calendar Days from the effective date of the LGIP to execute this agreement or face deemed withdrawal.
