Stand Alone Network Upgrades

Definition

Network Upgrades that are not part of an Affected System and that the Interconnection Customer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the Transmission System during construction. Both Transmission Provider and Interconnection Customer must agree on what constitutes Stand Alone Network Upgrades; if they disagree, the Transmission Provider must provide a written technical explanation within 15 Business Days. Stand Alone Network Upgrades do not include Distribution Upgrades or Interconnection Facilities.
