Provisional Large Generator Interconnection Agreement

Definition

The interconnection agreement for Provisional Interconnection Service, established between the Transmission Provider and/or Transmission Owner and Interconnection Customer. The Provisional LGIA takes the form of the Standard LGIA modified for provisional purposes, and governs temporary interconnection until all required Network Upgrades are in service and the facility can operate under a full Standard LGIA without limitations.
