Generator Interconnection

Point of Change of Ownership

Definition

The point, as identified in the Standard Large Generator Interconnection Agreement, where the Interconnection Customer's Interconnection Facilities connect to the Transmission Provider's Interconnection Facilities. It is the boundary between facilities owned by the Interconnection Customer and those owned (or controlled) by the Transmission Provider — typically the high-voltage terminals of the step-up transformer or the point where the generator's lead line meets the Transmission Provider's substation equipment.
