Definition

The agreement contained in Appendix 4 to the LGIP for conducting an Optional Interconnection Study. This study is a sensitivity analysis based on assumptions specified by the Interconnection Customer, allowing evaluation of alternative Points of Interconnection, configurations, or service levels before committing to the standard Cluster Study Process.
