Definition
A written notice of a dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Standard Large Generator Interconnection Agreement or the LGIP, as defined in Section 1 and triggered under Section 13.5. Upon receipt of a Notice of Dispute, senior representatives of the Parties have 30 Calendar Days to attempt informal resolution before the dispute may proceed to arbitration or Non-Binding Dispute Resolution.
