Definition

The agreement contained in Appendix 10 to the LGIP, executed among the Transmission Provider and multiple Affected System Interconnection Customers to conduct an Affected System Study pursuant to Section 9. Where multiple generators interconnecting to a neighboring system all cause impacts on the Transmission Provider's Transmission System, a single multiparty agreement governs the joint study rather than separate bilateral agreements.
