Definition

The agreement contained in Appendix 12 to the LGIP, executed among the Transmission Provider and multiple Affected System Interconnection Customers to govern the construction of and cost responsibility for Affected System Network Upgrades required to accommodate interconnection of more than one generator. This multiparty form streamlines administration compared to requiring separate bilateral agreements when a single set of upgrades is triggered by multiple Interconnection Customers on adjacent systems.
