Definition
The deposit an Interconnection Customer submits when returning the executed LGIA, or within ten (10) Business Days of requesting that the LGIA be filed unexecuted at the Commission, in accordance with Section 11.3 of the LGIP. The LGIA Deposit demonstrates financial commitment to proceed with construction and is applied toward interconnection costs.
