Interconnection Customer's Interconnection Facilities

Definition

All facilities and equipment located between the Generating Facility and the Point of Change of Ownership, owned and built by the Interconnection Customer, including any modifications or upgrades necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Generating Facility to the Transmission Provider's system. These are sole use facilities and are distinguished from the Transmission Provider's Interconnection Facilities, which extend from the Point of Change of Ownership to the Point of Interconnection.
