Definition
A publicly available, interactive visual representation required under Section 6.1 of the LGIP showing the estimated incremental injection capacity (in MW) available at each point of interconnection in the Transmission Provider's footprint under N-1 conditions. The tool must also provide a table of metrics — including distribution factors, MW impacts, and percentage loading — for a user-specified MW addition at a given voltage and location, and must be updated within 30 Calendar Days after each completed Cluster Study or Restudy.
