Definition
As defined in Section 1 of the LGIP, the failure of the Breaching Party to cure a Breach within the time period specified in LGIA Article 17 — typically 30 Calendar Days after receipt of a written notice identifying the Breach, or 30 Calendar Days after the payment due date for monetary Breaches. A Default entitles the non-defaulting Party to seek remedies up to and including termination of the LGIA and recovery of costs incurred due to the Default.
