Deemed Withdrawal

Definition

The Transmission Provider's declaration that an Interconnection Request has been withdrawn when the Interconnection Customer fails to comply with LGIP requirements — such as failure to execute a Cluster Study Agreement, failure to demonstrate continued Site Control, or failure to pay required deposits. Upon deemed withdrawal, the Interconnection Customer loses its Queue Position and, absent a cure within fifteen Business Days, is subject to applicable Withdrawal Penalties and forfeiture of the Application Fee.
