Definition

The time period set forth in Section 3.4.5 of the LGIP, occurring between the close of the Cluster Request Window and commencement of the Cluster Study, during which Scoping Meetings are held and Interconnection Customers may refine project information, review preliminary study materials, and engage with the Transmission Provider on technical assumptions. The Customer Engagement Window ensures developers can provide accurate project data before expensive studies begin.
