Definition
The priority ordering of Network Upgrade construction activities established under Section 12.2.1 of the LGIP based on In-Service Dates. When multiple generators in a cluster require shared Network Upgrades, the Transmission Provider sequences construction such that the first generator to reach Commercial Operation receives the upgrades it needs before later-in-service generators. Interconnection Customers that advance their In-Service Dates (subject to Advance Construction provisions) may move up the construction sequence.
