Confidential Information (LGIP)

Definition

Information designated as confidential in writing by one Party when provided to another Party under the LGIP or LGIA, as defined in Section 1 and protected under Section 13.1. Each receiving Party must protect the confidential information using the same standard of care it applies to its own confidential information, may use it only for purposes related to the LGIP and LGIA, and must disclose it only to employees with a need to know. Confidential information includes study inputs, system models, and financial projections provided during the interconnection process.
