Definition
A meeting between the Transmission Provider and all Interconnection Customers in a cluster that must be convened within 10 Business Days of the issuance of the Cluster Study Report, pursuant to Section 7.4 and as defined in Section 1 of the LGIP. At the meeting, the Transmission Provider presents the Network Upgrade assignments, cost allocations, and alternative solutions, and Interconnection Customers decide whether to remain in the cluster, withdraw, or seek restudy.
