Definition
The report issued following completion of a Cluster Study pursuant to Section 7 of the LGIP. The Cluster Study Report identifies thermal, voltage, and stability impacts from the proposed generators, lists required Network Upgrades, and allocates cost responsibility among Interconnection Customers using the Proportional Impact Method. A Cluster Study Report Meeting is held to discuss the results.
