Definition

The agreement contained in Appendix 2 to the LGIP that is executed between the Transmission Provider and Interconnection Customer to authorize and govern the conduct of a Cluster Study. The Cluster Study Agreement establishes cost responsibility, timelines, and deliverables for the study phase that evaluates one or more Interconnection Requests within a Cluster.
