Definition

The report issued following completion of a Cluster Restudy pursuant to Section 7.5 of the LGIP. A Cluster Restudy is typically triggered when Interconnection Customers withdraw or make Material Modifications; the Cluster Restudy Report reassesses impacts and cost allocations for the remaining projects in the Cluster.
