Definition
A restudy of a Cluster Study conducted pursuant to Section 7.5 of the LGIP, typically triggered when one or more Interconnection Customers in the Cluster withdraw or make Material Modifications to their requests. A Cluster Restudy reassesses transmission impacts and Network Upgrade requirements for the remaining projects, potentially changing cost assignments as the study group composition changes.
