Cluster Request Window

Definition

The time period set forth in Section 3.4.1 of the LGIP during which the Transmission Provider accepts Interconnection Requests that will be grouped together for processing in the same Cluster Study. All valid Interconnection Requests received during a Cluster Request Window are assigned to the same cluster and studied simultaneously, regardless of the exact order received within that window.
