Definition

A group of one or more Interconnection Requests that are studied together for the purpose of conducting a Cluster Study. Projects within the same Cluster are studied simultaneously rather than serially, allowing the Transmission Provider to evaluate the combined impact of multiple new generators on the transmission system and allocate required Network Upgrade costs using the Proportional Impact Method established under FERC Order 2023.
