Generator Interconnection

Breach

Definition

As defined in Section 1 of the LGIP, the failure of a Party (the Breaching Party) to perform any material term or condition of the Standard Large Generator Interconnection Agreement. A Breach triggers the Breaching Party's obligation to cure within the timeframe specified in LGIA Article 17; failure to cure constitutes a Default, which entitles the non-breaching Party to pursue available remedies including termination of the LGIA.
