Application Fee

Definition

A non-refundable fee of $5,000 that an Interconnection Customer must submit with its Interconnection Request pursuant to Section 3.1.1.1 of the LGIP. Unlike the Study Deposit, the Application Fee is not credited toward study costs and is forfeited even if the Interconnection Request is found deficient or the Customer withdraws before the Cluster Study commences.
