Definition

The agreement contained in Appendix 9 to the LGIP that is made between the Transmission Provider and an Affected System Interconnection Customer to conduct an Affected System Study pursuant to Section 9. When a proposed interconnection on a neighboring system would impact the Transmission Provider's system, this agreement governs the study to determine required Affected System Network Upgrades and cost allocation.
