Definition
The evaluation of Affected System Interconnection Customers' proposed interconnections to a transmission system other than the Transmission Provider's Transmission System that have an impact on the Transmission Provider's system, as described in Section 9 of the LGIP. The study determines required Affected System Network Upgrades and each Affected System Interconnection Customer's proportional cost responsibility for mitigating those impacts.
