Definition

The Queue Position of an Affected System Interconnection Customer in the Transmission Provider's interconnection queue, relative to the Transmission Provider's own Interconnection Customers' Queue Positions. Affected System Queue Positions are relevant when developers interconnecting to a neighboring system have caused the need for upgrades on the Transmission Provider's system and must be included in the queue prioritization for cost responsibility purposes.
