Definition

A specified condition on the Transmission Provider's system or on a neighboring system — such as a constrained transmission element or flowgate — that may trigger Curtailment of Long-Term Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service under the curtailment priority framework. System Conditions must be identified in the Transmission Customer's Service Agreement to be valid grounds for curtailment.
