Annual Transmission Revenue Requirement (ATRR)

Definition

The total annual revenue a Transmission Provider is authorized to collect from Network Integration Transmission Service customers to recover its cost of owning and operating the transmission system. Specified in Attachment H of the OATT, the ATRR is the numerator used to calculate each Network Customer's Load Ratio Share billing: the customer's monthly network load divided by the Transmission Provider's total load, multiplied by one-twelfth of the ATRR.
