Delivering Party

Definition

The entity supplying capacity and energy to be transmitted at Point(s) of Receipt under Part II of the Tariff. The Delivering Party is typically the generator or power seller that injects energy into the Transmission Provider's system at the agreed Point of Receipt for delivery to the Power Purchaser's Point of Delivery.
