Short-Term Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service

Definition

Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service under Part II of the Tariff with a term of less than one year. Short-term firm service is curtailed after long-term firm service but before non-firm service in the OATT's priority hierarchy. It is available on a rolling basis and is commonly used for seasonal or monthly capacity transactions.
