Definition

The entity receiving the capacity and energy transmitted by the Transmission Provider to Point(s) of Delivery under Part II of the Tariff. The Receiving Party takes delivery of the energy at the agreed Point of Delivery and may be the same as the Power Purchaser or a distribution utility serving end-use customers.
