Point-to-Point Transmission Service

Definition

Transmission service that moves power between specific, designated Points of Receipt and Points of Delivery across a Transmission Provider's system. It can be either Firm (with capacity guaranteed) or Non-Firm (subject to curtailment). This service is used primarily for wholesale power transactions where energy moves from a generator to a specific load or customer delivery point.
