Definition

A generating facility or power purchase agreement that an NITS customer designates as a source of energy to serve its Network Load. Network Resources must meet all applicable technical requirements and are entitled to use the transmission system on an integrated, non-path-specific basis to deliver power to the customer's loads. Customers may add or remove Network Resources with proper notice under tariff procedures.
