Definition

An entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider's Network Integration Transmission Service (NITS) under Part III of the Tariff. A Network Customer has the right to use the entire Transmission System to integrate, dispatch, and regulate its designated Network Resources to serve its Network Load, mirroring how a traditional vertically integrated utility operates.
