Definition

Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service under Part II of the Tariff with a term of one year or more. Long-term firm service receives the highest curtailment priority among commercial transmission customers and typically requires a System Impact Study and a signed Service Agreement specifying Points of Receipt, Points of Delivery, and Reserved Capacity.
