Definition

A transmission provider must post on its Internet Web site current written procedures implementing the standards of conduct. These procedures describe how the provider complies with the independent functioning, no conduit, and transparency rules. Procedures must be kept current and distributed to relevant employees per § 358.8(b)(2).
