Definition

If a transmission provider discloses, in violation of § 358.6, non-public transmission customer information, Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (CEII), or other information subject to limited dissemination, it must immediately post notice on its Web site that the information was disclosed. The actual content need not be posted when law restricts dissemination.
