Definition
A transmission provider must post on its Internet Web site notice of each tariff waiver granted to an affiliate (unless Commission-approved) within one business day. It must maintain a log of waiver acts and make it available to the Commission upon request. Records kept for five years. Waivers to affiliates warrant heightened transparency.
