Definition

The determination by a transmission provider, if authorized by its tariff, to waive any provisions of its tariff for a given entity. Distinct from Commission waivers of Part 358. When a transmission provider grants a tariff waiver to an affiliate, it must post notice on its Internet Web site within one business day (§ 358.7(i)).
