Definition

An employee, contractor, consultant, or agent of a transmission provider who actively and personally engages on a day-to-day basis in transmission functions—planning, directing, organizing, or carrying out transmission operations, including granting or denying transmission service requests. These employees cannot conduct marketing functions or share non-public info with marketing employees.
