Separation of Functions

Definition

Marketing function employees may not: (i) conduct transmission functions, or (ii) have access to the system control center or similar facilities that differs in any way from access available to other transmission customers. Transmission function employees may not conduct marketing functions. Physical and organizational separation is required.
